この前TVを見ていたら、
かつて大人気を博した、
ふたり組のペアの片方の女性が、
10年来「水素水」を飲んでいる、
57歳とは思えないほど
若々しい美貌を披露していました。


水素水を飲むのは、

老化の原因は活性酸素だから、

水素と結合させて取り除こう

というのが目的みたい



水素は軽い、

そしてものすごく小さい

ペットボトルに水素を詰めても、

原子が小さいから抜けてしまう。

だからどのメーカーのサイトに行っても、

容器に工夫したとか、

金属容器を使ってるとか、

開封したらすぐ飲みきるように、

などと書いてあります



でも、どんな容器でも

開けなければ水を飲むことは出来ないですよね

瓶の蓋や口を開けた瞬間に、

どれだけの水素が飛んでいってしまうわけ?



水素がどれだけ含まれているか、

というのに ppm という単位が使われています

ppmというのは 100万分の 1%

とても少ない量



仮に 100mlの水素水に 1ppmの水素が含まれているなら

100mlの に対する 100万分の 1% の

水素が含まれているということ。


これだけの量で、どのくらい健康に影響があるわけ?

体が感じるほど、変化が出るの?



さらにその量を口から飲むわけで、

体にはどのくらい吸収されるわけ?

体に吸収されなければ、

体調が変化するなんてことないですよね?



もしかして、

直接水素を吸ったほうが効果が出るの?

実は、だいぶ前に、伊藤園の中の技術者の人と
水について話をしたことがあって、
水素水も話題に出た。
記憶が定かではないのだが、私の方からは、
「水素で活性酸素を消すといっても
効果があるのは水素を吸入させるなどして
血中濃度のコントロールをした場合で、
かつ梗塞後といった活性酸素が
一度に大量発生して悪さをする場合の話であり、
普段とは状況が違う。

水に対する水素の溶解度は小さいので、
水素を溶かした水を飲んでも体に入る水素はわずかで、
血液中の水素濃度も変わらず効果も期待できないだろう」
といった話をしたと思う

Kamarajとおっしゃるカレッジのバス運転手さんが

隕石にあたってお亡くなりになられたようです。

今まで無数の隕石が地上に落下しましたが、
